Services
At Stay Strong Physio, I offer comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment for all musculoskeletal complaints, and believe that effective physiotherapy involves listening to what is important to you.

I am passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love, with confidence, and as soon as possible.

With over 15 years climbing experience, and 4 years experience of climbing coaching, I graduated with distinction from Bangor University Physiotherapy Post Grad Course in 2021.
I have a special interest in climbing and outdoor activity related injuries, including but not limited to; finger injuries (pulley sprains, tears and ruptures, joint issues), wrist injuries, golfer/tennis elbow, shoulder injuries (rotator cuff, labrum tears), knee injuries, ankle injuries, return to sport following surgery and more.

What You Get:
Upon booking, you will receive an email with a form to fill in to explain your issue, concerns, and goals without the pressure of having to remember everything in the moment.
During your appointment, we will discuss in detail your symptoms, lifestyle, training habits, and anything else that may be relevant.

There will be some form of physical examination, that may be facilitated by some level of undress, but this is always optional.

Every appointment comes with a bespoke rehab exercise plan, designed collaboratively, with your needs and goals in mind. This can be quickly and easily adjusted online to suit any changing needs or issues.

I offer home visits within 15 minutes drive of Llanberis at no extra charge. This gives you the comfort and convenience of not needing to leave your home, as well as giving me valuable insight into what you have available to use for rehab exercises.
If you live further away than this but would still like a home visit, please email to discuss further.

I have a clinic space in the Leaf Health Clinic, Menai Bridge, subject to the availability of the room.

I also offer online appointments which are very effective for most injuries and conditions.

I spent 5 happy years working full time at the Indy Climbing Wall on the desk and as a route setter, before leaving to become a Physio.

I worked as a physio in the NHS, gaining experience in a variety of areas including, outpatients, respiratory, medical, stroke and community based rehab.
